Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility & Health

Sessions are suitable for babies aged 6 weeks to 12 months.

For safety reasons, please do not attend if your baby:

• Has a fever, rash, open wound, or contagious illness
• Has received vaccinations within the past 48 hours
• Is unwell, distressed, or has had diarrhoea or an upset stomach within the past 48 hours

Parents or guardians must inform staff of any medical conditions, allergies, or special requirements prior to each session.

Little Lotus Baby Spa reserves the right to refuse or discontinue a session where participation may compromise a baby's health or wellbeing.

2. Sessions

• Each booking is valid for one baby only
• Sessions last up to 90 minutes
• A parent or legal guardian must attend and supervise the baby at all times
• One additional adult may attend

All sessions are delivered in a floor-based format, which is an essential part of the baby-led experience. Guests should consider their own comfort and mobility when booking.

Each session includes instructor-led massage, a milk-infused bath, and a professional photography experience.

3. Responsibility & Liability

Attendance and participation are at your own risk.

Parents or guardians remain fully responsible for their baby's care and supervision throughout the session, including during floor-based activities.

Little Lotus Baby Spa accepts no liability for accidents, injuries, or incidents occurring during attendance.

4. Bookings & Payments

• Bookings must be made via our online booking system
• Full payment is required at the time of booking and confirms your selected date
• A confirmation email will be issued upon successful payment and must be presented on arrival
• Booking amendments may incur an administration fee of £20

5. Cancellations & Changes

• All bookings are non-refundable
• If you are unable to attend, bookings may be gifted to a friend or family member, subject to prior notification
• If Little Lotus Baby Spa must cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, an alternative date will be offered

6. Photography & Media

Professional photography is included in each session.

Images captured by Little Lotus Baby Spa will be shared with you within 3 days after the session.

Photography or video recording by guests may be restricted at staff discretion and must respect the privacy of others.

7. Gift Cards

• Gift cards are valid for one baby per session and must be redeemed before the baby reaches 12 months of age
• Gift cards are non-refundable and may be transferable at management's discretion

8. Behaviour

All visitors are expected to behave respectfully.

Little Lotus Baby Spa reserves the right to withdraw services without refund where behaviour is disruptive, unsafe, or unreasonable.

Little Lotus Baby Spa is committed to providing an inclusive and welcoming environment.

Sessions are intentionally delivered in a floor-based format, which forms a core part of the service. While this may not be suitable for everyone, we do not discriminate on the basis of race, culture, language, gender, age, religion, background, ability, or disability.

Guests with accessibility concerns are encouraged to contact us prior to booking to discuss suitability or reasonable adjustments where practicable.
