Please read our booking policy carefully before making a reservation. By booking with us, you agree to adhere to the terms and conditions outlined below to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all our clients.

Booking Policy

1. Eligibility & Health Requirements

Little Lotus Baby Spa sessions are available for babies aged 6 weeks to 12 months.

For the safety and wellbeing of all babies, please do not attend if your baby:

  • Has a fever, rash, open wound, or any contagious illness
  • Has received vaccinations within the previous 48 hours
  • Is showing signs of illness or distress
  • Has experienced diarrhoea or an upset stomach within the past 48 hours

Parents or guardians must inform staff prior to each session of any medical conditions, allergies, or special requirements.

Little Lotus Baby Spa reserves the right to refuse or discontinue a session if participation may compromise a baby's health, safety, or wellbeing.

2. Session Details

  • Each booking is valid for one baby only
  • Sessions last up to 90 minutes maximum
  • A parent or legal guardian must attend and supervise the baby at all times
  • One additional adult may accompany the baby

All Little Lotus Baby Spa sessions are delivered in a floor-based format. This approach supports baby-led development, safety, bonding and forms an essential part of the experience. Guests should consider their own comfort and mobility when booking.

To help keep our space clean and comfortable for our little guests, Little Lotus Baby Spa operates a no-shoes policy inside the venue. We recommend bringing a pair of socks with you.

You will be required to bring a swim nappy with you for the session.

Each session includes:

  • An instructor-led baby massage
  • A milk-infused bath of your choice
  • A professional photography session

3. Responsibility & Liability

Participation in Little Lotus Baby Spa sessions is undertaken entirely at your own risk.

Parents or guardians are fully responsible for the supervision, safety, and wellbeing of their baby throughout the session, including during floor-based activities.

Little Lotus Baby Spa accepts no liability for accidents, injuries, or incidents that may occur during attendance.

4. Bookings & Payments

  • All bookings must be made via our online booking system
  • A session date must be selected at the time of booking and constitutes a firm commitment
  • Full payment is required at the time of booking
  • A confirmation email will be issued upon successful payment and must be presented on arrival

Please ensure all booking details are correct at the time of booking. Amendments may incur an administrative fee of £20.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • All bookings are non-refundable
  • If you are unable to attend, you may gift your booking to a friend or family member, subject to prior notification
  • If Little Lotus Baby Spa must cancel or reschedule due to staff illness, maintenance, or unforeseen circumstances, an alternative date will be offered

6. Photography & Media

Each session includes a professional photography experience.

Images captured by Little Lotus Baby Spa will be shared with you within 3 days after the session.

Photography and video recording by parents or guardians may be restricted at staff discretion. All images and recordings must respect the privacy of other guests.

7. Gift Cards

  • E-gift cards are available for purchase
  • Gift cards are valid for one baby per session
  • Gift cards are non-refundable and may be transferable at management's discretion
  • It is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure the session is booked before the baby reaches 12 months of age

8. Behaviour & Conduct

All parents, carers, and visitors are expected to behave respectfully at all times.

Little Lotus Baby Spa reserves the right to withdraw services without refund if behaviour is deemed unreasonable, disruptive, or unsafe.

Little Lotus Baby Spa is committed to providing an inclusive, welcoming, and respectful environment for all families.

Our sessions are intentionally delivered in a floor-based format, which is a core element of the service. While this may not be suitable for everyone, we do not discriminate on the basis of race, culture, language, gender, age, religion, background, ability, or disability.

Guests with accessibility concerns or specific needs are encouraged to contact us prior to booking so we can discuss suitability or reasonable adjustments where practicable.
